- Returns
1.1 We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase from Rona Bytyqi. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we provide a hassle-free return process.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Custom-made products, personalized items, and clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Return Process
2.1 To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at ronabytyqi@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
2.2 Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
2.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged product.
- Refunds
